Authentic from Pago del Juncal 2015 is an extra-virgin olive oil made from exclusive varieties of olives: two parts of Cornezuelo of Jaen and one of Royal of Cazorla.

It is very aromatic and complex, with a beautiful green-apple colour. Actually, the apple is also present in its aromas, together with hints of hazelnut, green olive and artichoke. The taste is smooth and kind at the beginning, although very persistent and intense, turning slightly spicy at the end.
